PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information supplied to our company is confidential and will not be shared or sold.

Your e-mail address, mailing address, name & phone number are used for shipping and billing purposes only.  You will only be contacted by us for the purpose of completing your order or notifying you of shipping or status of your order.

 

Extreme Airbrush is confident that you will be very satisfied with the quality craftsmanship of all of our products.

We do not stock pre-painted airbrushed merchandise and each product is custom painted to order. Consequently, we accept returns ONLY if merchandise is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. We will then replace or repair your purchase if returned within five business days of your receipt and personal inspection providing the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and box.

Please note that each of our airbrushed items is hand painted using the airbrush as our tool of choice, though some details may be created using a paint pen.  Because of this tool and technique, minor color variations, texture changes and characteristics may be seen. This is not a material defect, but rather evidence that you have purchased a real, handcrafted product.

Postage and shipping costs of your purchase are non refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

In the event that damage occurs while in transit, please notify us immediately. Insurance claims often require certain criteria be met before a claim can be made.

Important ordering information:
When ordering repeat designs, it is suggested you order all of the items at the same time to be assured of an exact color match. Often, a customer will request additional items months later and upon receiving the new product find that they are not exactly like those ordered previously. Due to the artistic nature of our work, we do not keep design specifics on file in case it is ordered again. Therefore if you need additional products at a later date, it is suggested that you send your original product to Extreme Airbrush for an example while the new orders are produced.
